Statute — the articles
Identity
Above Bored is a non-profit cannabis harm reduction association registered in Malta as C.H.R.A. 0014, based at 34A, Triq Mannarino, Birkirkara.
Purpose
The association exists to reduce the harms of cannabis use: supplying registered members, sharing safer-use knowledge, and keeping the trade off the street. It does not advertise and does not operate for profit.
Membership
Membership is open to residents of Malta aged 21 or over. Interest is registered online; a person becomes a member only after the association's approval and in-person completion at the shop.
Conduct
Members consume responsibly, legally, and without disturbing others, following the association's harm-reduction guidance.
Privacy & data
Member identity is pseudo-anonymised and never shared with the Government, ARUC or any other party.
